As the headstrong wife of Goku, some say Chichi is the most powerful woman on Earth (because she can control Goku). They met in Dragon Ball when Chichi saves Goku. Her father, Ox-King, trained her to be a formidable fighter in her own right. In Dragon Ball Z, Chichi is mainly seen as a loving wife and doting mother, concerned and protective, perhaps even over-protective, of her family. She is always encouraging Gohan with his studies and often finds herself stubbornly at odds with Gohan's involvement with the martial arts. Chichi would rather him be studying.

Life doesn't seem to get any easier for the longsuffering Chichi. Already having to deal with the thought of her husband being the Universe's last defense against all forms of evil, she now has to accept that her diminutive spouse may never return to normal!
